Not that I'm wanting the nutbar flock to triumph - because I live in BC and would have to put up with them - but there would be a certain karmic justice if Eby lost due to a lot of unlucky vote splits. After his designed-to-fail electoral reform referendum in 2018, it would be just too perfect!
I do think with local elections being on as well people will be reminded for longer than usual that this was a craven time to call it. The election signs are already a physical reminder how silly it seems to trample on the municipal election period
As a resident of Ontario I’m still trying to understand why so much is being written about Eby’s decision . Why do I need to know this and why should I care?
